The AI Advisory Session is a two-hour engagement for decision-makers who need clarity before they can act. It starts with a discovery call so I can understand your organisation in detail. I do the research and prep in between. The two-hour session is where we work through it together. You leave with a written report covering your current AI situation, the risks and opportunities identified, and a clear set of next steps.

Discovery call
Once the engagement is confirmed, we do a focused discovery call so I can understand your organisation in detail. This informs all the research and prep that follows.
The two-hour session
We work through the findings together. You ask the questions you actually have, I give you direct answers, and we dig into what matters most for your organisation.
Your report
I deliver a written report the following day covering your current AI situation, the risks and opportunities we identified, and a clear set of recommended next steps.
