01 GET YOUR TEAM USING AI PROPERLY
Corporate Workshop
Practical team training built around the 4P Method. Shared framework, clear guardrails, practical from the next working day.
The tools arrived fast. People started using them. And now AI is happening across your organisation in ways that no one fully mapped, assessed, or signed off on.
Some of it is useful. Some of it is a risk that has not been named yet. That is true whether you run a law firm, a research or healthcare organisation, a financial services team, or a general corporate department.
South Africa's National AI Policy was published in April 2026. The direction is clear. The organisations building governance frameworks now will be significantly ahead of those that wait for legislation to force the issue.
The flagship offer for regulated and high-stakes teams
The Sprint is a structured engagement that ends with a complete AI governance pack: a policy document, documented workflows, and a trained team. Built for your organisation, not copied from a template.

Why me
Nearly two decades of hands-on work across financial services, retail, healthcare, property, and tech. I have designed the workflows, mapped the processes, and shipped the products. AI governance is a natural extension of how I already think about operations and risk.
What drives this work is the gap between what AI makes possible and how most organisations are actually using it. There is real opportunity being left on the table, alongside risks that have not been named yet.
Every session draws on the principles of the ISO 42001 standard for AI management. Not because compliance is the goal, but because having a framework changes how people relate to these tools. It helps teams move from “trying things” to using AI with clear intent and sensible guardrails.

Credentials & background
Why I care about this.
AI is one of the most powerful tools most people will ever have access to. But power without understanding is where things go wrong for businesses, teams, and individuals.
My concern is not just data leaks or compliance. It is also skill atrophy, over-dependence, and what happens when people outsource too much thinking. I teach teams to use AI intentionally, so capability improves rather than erodes.
